I’m still working on Part 2 of my Sims 3 University Life guide, but in the meantime I thought I’d share this, in case others find it useful. It’s a map of the Sims University sub-neighborhood. Unfortunately, more distant areas look somewhat warped, due to the way the Sims 3 map view works, but there aren’t many spots of interest in the upper reaches of the map anyway.1

The Sims University sub-neighborhood features new versions of many community lots and adds a few more as well. However, you won’t find many of the usual rabbit-hole buildings like the hospital, office building, city hall, and so on.
Here’s what you’ll find at Sims University:
Residences
- Tri-Fruhm Sorority
- Urele-Oresha-Cham Fraternity
- Three mixed-sex dormitories: Malan Hall, Henry Hall, De Anda Hall
- Various rentable houses
(Note that there are also a number of empty residential lots if you wish to take the time to build your student Sim a house.)
Rabbit Holes
- 25 Frames Cinema (Theater)
- SimBurger (Bistro)
- Night Owl Foods (Supermarket)
- University Bookstore (Bookstore)
- Schmidt Memorial Stadium & Annex (Stadium with some extra services)
- St. John Administration Center
- University Seminar Buildings: Busche School of Science, Thomas School of Art, Nichols School of Business
Community Lots
- Dive n’ Splash Pool (Pool)
- Pump You Up Gym (Gym)
- Howard Memorial Library (Library)
- Keith’s Komics (Nerd Shop)
- B’s Bowlarama (Arcade)
- The Grotto (Rebel Hangout)
- Roasted Toasted Beans Coffee Shop (Java Hut)
- Connors Student Union Building (Student Union)
- University Quad (University Hangout)

Nature Lots

Hope you find this useful!
